Job Summary
We are seeking two professional and compassionate Hospital Receptionists to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will create a welcoming environment and support smooth hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff courteously
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and check-ins
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
Maintain accurate patient records in the hospital’s electronic system
Handle billing inquiries and insurance verification
Uphold confidentiality and comply with hospital policies
Provide administrative support to medical and nursing staff

Qualifications

Diploma in Front Office Management, Office Administration, Health Records, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in a health facility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered attitude
