Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth – Execute daily sales activities to achieve volume and revenue targets.

Expand Distribution Network – Identify and onboard new wholesalers and distributors to close market gaps.

Build Strong Partnerships – Develop and maintain lasting relationships with business partners based on trust.

Ensure Market Excellence – Guarantee full product availability and visibility in retail and wholesale outlets.

Execute Trade Marketing – Identify and leverage trade marketing opportunities; run product promotion campaigns in your assigned area.

Submit Professional Reports – Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, marketing, and competitor activities.

Manage Resources – Use company resources efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
-
Background in the alcoholic beverage sector will be given priority.
Collaboration Skills
-
Strong ability to work with others and build professional working relationships.
Local Market Knowledge
-
Good understanding of the specific region you are applying for.
Experience Required
-
Regional Manager: 10–15 years
-
Sales Officer: 3–5 years
Education (Regional Manager only)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
